The first concert of the UCC Concert Series 2025 was presented at the United Church of Christ on February 16 at 2:00 pm. The performers were Katrina Garnett and Rodney Garnett, flutists; Nancy Roberts, soprano, and Janeen Larsen, pianist. “American Treasures” celebrated the music of America with refreshing arrangements of folk songs, ragtime, jazz, and familiar classics. The one–hour program featured a special piece based on haunting and beautiful Navaho flute themes.

This year the Concert Committee chose Northern Hills Sources of Support (SOS) to be the recipient of the donations from the concerts. After all four concerts have been performed, one check will be sent to the organization.
The 2024 concert series raised $2500 which was sent in December to the Cheyenne River Youth Project in Eagle Butte, SD.
